Many thanks to Nick and his team for carrying out some excellent bodywork to my Freelander 2. As a car perfectionist, I am known to have high standards for any work that is carried out on my car, and the recent tailgate and passenger door respray has certainly not caused any disappointment. The quality of the repair work was really excellent, with a small dent fully repaired along with a resprayed tailgate to fix a tiny area of rust as well as a small spoiler being resprayed to match the rest of the paintwork. The colour match and the quality of the lacquer were both really good. Overall, very happy and I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending them to anyone requiring car bodywork repairs.

Took my car in for some bodywork and paint restoration as someone had driven into my car, and I’m extremely impressed with the results. The workmanship is top-notch. Smooth finish, perfect color match, and great attention to detail. Nick was brilliant and explained everything clearly, including costs and timelines. Excellent value for money and outstanding customer service. I’ll definitely be returning for any future repairs or touch-ups.

I just had one of those moments, that are so sadly infrequent today. Nick, one of the managers of auto Refurb did me a service that was not only quick and easy but also incredibly reasonable. In fact he went way beyond where most people tend these days to go and did the work immediately and with a smile and very generous good will. I was expecting to spend £1000s and he sent me off with a handshake. Now that’s something that you don’t get very often these days. I’m sure it’s reflects the whole ethos of Auto Refurb – so for me that’s a five star review and thank you very much. Thank you for the work but also thank you for refreshing my faith in human decency.
